The Leisure Agency Endorses Bili Rubin for President
The Leisure
Agency formally announces its support for Bili Rubin for president
in the 2004 elections. Upon reviewing the current political scene,
it becomes clear that Bili Rubin is the one and only candidate who
represents the Agency’s goal of promoting Leisure throughout
the world.
The Leisure
Agency feels that Rubin supports its goals in the following ways:

Bili
Rubin is, himself, Leisurely.
Bili pursues the Leisurely path in his personal life, by taking
lengthy vacations and being a damn fine MaJohng player. He also
pursues it in his professional life, by making sure that he is always
having fun, and that his brain is turned on, no matter what his
task. Awareness and enjoyment being the key elements to quality
Leisure, we feel that Bili Rubin sets an example of Leisure for
all Americans.

Bili
Rubin shows that Leisure is a valuable goal.
By showing the world an unabashed devotion to the life of Leisure,
Rubin supports the validity of the Leisure pursuit.

Rubin strives to help others find Leisure.
From his scientific pursuits, such as developing a ray that can
turn missiles into foam rubber poodles, to his political agendas,
such as banning fluorescent lighting, Bili Rubin always has the
Leisure of others on his mind. As a leader, the Agency is confident
that he will help bring Leisure to the entire nation.
The Leisure Agency pledges
its support to Bili Rubin by spreading the word about this amazing
man and his candidacy, by acting as a Leisurely think tank to which
he can turn for campaign support, and by coordinating his followers
through this website.
Bili Rubin’s candidacy will be formally celebrated with a Hammock
Ceremony on the Patio on September 28, 2002, with key members of the
Agency attending.
